Just a quick message to wish Neal and Caroline a great run on Sunday at the New York Marathon.

I will attempt to pass on how they get on as soon as possible here and on the web site.

In actual fact my race number is 4244 and Caroline's is F1757.

Those are the ones on the registration forms anyway!
